Return & Cancellations

We currently do not provide insurance for goods during transit. Once your order is dispatched, it becomes your responsibility upon receipt. To ensure a smooth delivery, we require a signature upon receiving the package. If someone else is receiving it on your behalf, their signature at the delivery address will mark the successful transfer of responsibility.

While we handle all shipping costs, any additional customs duties, international taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities will be the responsibility of the customer, as these charges vary by country.

Due to the exclusive nature of our artwork and gift items, we do not offer returns or refunds. If there is an issue with the product itself, such as damage upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/contact information] for assistance.

We do not offer exchanges. Each piece is crafted with care, and our items are often one-of-a-kind or limited in stock. If there is a defect or damage to your order upon delivery, please contact us for further support.

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
